April 23rd. Had a look at one in store. It retails in Australia for $429 which is exceptional value considering it has virtually the same specs as the Note 2. The noticable difference is a lack of 4G and a pen.
The build quality is also much the same as phones costing $300 more. The display is sharp and the viewing angles are great.
The keyboard is easy to operate with just a thumb because it can be moved to the left or right of the screen.
Huawei’s ‘Emotion’ UI is in my opinion better than Samsung’s Touchwiz, because it offers faster navigation.
It is a large phone and not a tablet because it still fits comfortably in my pocket.
The crystal black version is gorgeous. I get mine next payday.
